This is the best tasting Cocoa Powder I've ever had. I had a delicious hot cocoa using it with coconut milk & maple syrup. Finally a cocoa powder I can use to make a rich dairy-free cocoa!
I don't know he does it, but Francois Pralus chocolate products are noticeably tastier than anything else on the market.
