This one is my favorite. As a chocolatier myself, this company offers very elegant and quality chocolates
The pistachio in this bar is somewhat semi-sweet. It has an incredible richness of texture and taste. The chocolate is well balanced with small bitter notes and beautiful nuttiness of pistachio. I was truly impressed by the packaging as well!
The best pistachio chocolate I’ve ever had. I’m diabetic but it doesn’t make my blood sugar go up. What a treat for diabetic patient to be able to have such chocolate sooo good. I love it, the pistachio crunch and the creamy filling are just yummy! I will buy more. I have to try the other chocolates by francois Pralus. Thumbs up!
I agree with the previous review, these are large bars that tempt you to eat the whole thing in one sitting as it’s so delicious. It is just the right amount of sweetness, with a creamy center and slightly sour chocolate coating. The flavors are balanced really nicely. This is one of my favorite chocolate finds in a long time. 💝
As its name says, infernal bar! You can’t resist the temptation to finish the bar in 1 consumption even though 160g per bar. The pistachio bar is the least sugary one among other Pralus’s praline chocolates, and it has whole pistachios filled in the paste covered with 75% chocolate that has a dark and sour taste perfectly balancing the sweetness from the praline. Highly recommended!
