Pralus Melissa 45% Milk

Even though it’s a milk chocolate, it has a very rich flavor. It’s super smooth and creamy. This one is a special treat and helped me realize that it’s possible to prefer milk to dark chocolate sometimes. It’s a great bar for gifting because not everyone appreciates a good dark chocolate, but anyone can appreciate the creamy flavor of this bar.

Some of the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted. Milky and sweet, but still retains those delicate notes from the beans that let you know it’s specialty. Excellent stuff.
