A tube containing 20, 5g mini squares in assorted flavors:

Piura Select
A vibrant chocolate reminiscent of sweet tarts, the cacao for this bar is carefully selected and processed to preserve all of its vibrant, natural flavors. Made with rare Porcelana cacao from the Piura region, this chocolate offers abundant bright, tart, fruity notes and then settles into a more nutty, woodsy finish.

Lakuna
This bar celebrates rare cacao hidden in the Peruvian Amazon region. A unique discovery of chocolate with full floral and pronounced fruity flavors. Made with rare Criollo cacao, a noticeably strong floral aroma persists while it melts on the palate with added fruitiness.

Cusco Chuncho
Grown deep in the jungle, Chuncho beans are some of the finest Peruvian cacao boasting an initial blast of fresh fruit and lingering herbal finish. This cacao gets its name from the jungle in which it grows deep within, Chunchada. Made with only cacao and sugar, the true taste of this rare cacao is apparent.

Quinoa Crunch
Chocolate and ancient grains marry deliciously in this milk chocolate bar showcasing two native Peruvian ingredients: lightly roasted quinoa and rare white cacao. Dating back centuries, Quinoa is a healthful ancient grain consumed as a staple in the Incan diet, who refer to it as the 'mother grain'. The quinoa in this bar is lightly toasted to compliment the creamy milk chocolate from Porcelana cacao beans of Piura.

Piura Milk
A touch of milk and Peruvian vanilla balances sweet Piura cacao in this dark milk bar with a lingering finish of raisins and butterscotch. The Porcelana beans of Piura have a natural fruity sweetness which is mellowed by the addition of milk. This bar melts on the palate like rich fudge.

Maker

Cacaosuyo

Cacaosuyo is a "tree to bar" Peruvian chocolate maker with 100% traceability. They pay careful attention to the cacao they use at all stages from harvest, fermentation to the processing of cacao to make the best possible chocolate. Cacaosuyo is so particular about their beans to ensure the best quality that their beans are brought to dedicated labs for analysis. The cacao beans are classified by each and every strain, to detect new flavor profiles and discovering rare varieties. This is a crucial step because this allows rare varieties to become protected which would have otherwise been lost.   Owned by Eduardo Lanfranco and Samir Giha, they craft their chocolate in Lima, Peru using only Peruvian chocolate.
