The flakes of sea salt help keep the sweetness of the rich caramel in check, while its smooth texture is complemented by the thick chocolate shell. These popular truffles are entirely made in their workshop in Cornwall from little more than cocoa beans, sugar and cream. 12 pieces in each box.
