Arcelia Gallardo the founder/maker has previously trained as a chocolatier, opened a chocolate shop in California, and also trained as a bean to bar maker at Dandelion Chocolate. Arcelia has taken strides to expand the bean to bar movement in Brazil, working with farmers on process, and also helped initiate the Association of Bean to Bar Brasil Makers.

CChocoLilyThis bar has a gentle aroma and melts on the tongue evenly with a smooth and creamy texture. Flavor of the chocolate is mildly complex. The gingerbread flavor is present but not strong or overwhelming. I would buy this bar again.
