The use of camel milk, as opposed to cows milk, delivers a unique flavor profile you won’t be able to find anywhere else. Camels only produce just less than 2 gallons of milk a day, compared to cows which produce on average about 7 gallons. Al Nassma is dedicated to making high end unadulterated chocolate. All the ingredients used to make these chocolate from the milk to nuts and spices are pure and the bars contain no additives.
