Fjåk Chocolate, Norway’s first bean to bar chocolate maker! Fjåk focuses on ethically traded, organic cacao beans while using fresh ingredients inspired by their surrounding Nordic nature. Starting the chocolate journey in 2015, owners Agur and Siv spent two years experimenting and perfecting their chocolate. Fjåk was officially launched in 2017 and already won multiple awards by 2018. The name Fjåk comes from the Hardanger dialect, where people in the region would refer to each other as fjåk. It roughly translates to ‘loveable’ or ‘honest’ and well chocolate is the most loveable thing in the world!

Love the white chocolate varieties!

My favorites were the white chocolate bars with berry bits. The milk chocolate with cinnamon I enjoyed most melted into my morning coffee.

Great assortment for milk to dark. My favorite ones were the Tanzania bars. A very stark contrast between the two. It really showcases how Fjak is able to be versatile with the Tanzania beans. Overall, great set of bars to hit different notes.

The blend of fruit with white chocolate was perfect. None of the bars were too sweet and had a perfect balance of fruity flavors and white chocolate. Fjak chocolate is truly amazing.

Unbelievably good

Fjåk chocolate is smooth and tasty. I first had it at the NW Chocolate Festival and fell in love. This Nordic bundle is a lot of fun--I actually really liked the brunost flavored chocolate and the blueberry is incredible!! Makes for a fun gift--if you can bring yourself to share.
