Tasting Notes: This bar comes from the Cho Gao district of the Tien Gang province in the southern region. Most Vietnamese cocoa tends to be rich and spicy, making the 70% bar taste stronger than it really is. We find it to be a somewhat heady mix of dark fruit, honey and sandalwood. The flavor is so different, that it is hard to forget.
