Maker

Momotombo

Momotombo is an artisan craft chocolate maker in Managua, Nicaragua founded by Carlos Mann in 2004. Nicaragua is a country known for its rich tropical climate and volcanoes, as well as millennia old cacao culture. Momotombo has a direct relationship with the farms from which they source their cacao, and local ingredients. The chocolate making has evolved from a small family kitchen to a store/shop they opened in 2016. Momotombo has been making "bon bon" chocolates and recently expanded to include a collection of bars.
