Nicaragua is a country known for its rich tropical climate and volcanoes, as well as millennia old cacao culture. Momotombo has a direct relationship with the farms from which they source their cacao, and local ingredients. The chocolate making has evolved from a small family kitchen to a store/shop they opened in 2016.
