Collection: Kakōa

Kakoa is a 100% Mexican Bean to Bar Chocolate brand founded by María Díaz-Simón in 2019 after discovering the delicious flavor of cacao. This flavor can vary depending on the type of cacao, the region where it grows, the climate, and the surrounding trees. They highlight different Mexican cacao origins from different small scale farmers in Chiapas and other southern regions. This gives each one unique flavor notes. Each of their bars are made from cacao from a single plantation.
