Maker
Definite ChocolateDefinite Chocolate is a micro batch bean to bar chocolate maker from Dominican Republic. By sourcing directly from local cacao producers, they use only high-quality single origin cacao, which they roast, winnow, grind, temper and mold into fine chocolate bars with the utmost care. As far as possible, Definite Chocolate uses only locally sourced ingredients to support the local industry and to give a touch of Caribbean feeling to every bar. All their bars are made naturally without any additives. Definite Chocolate was founded by Jens Kamin, who moved from Germany to the Dominican Republic to make his dream come true and become a chocolate maker. They are the first Dominican chocolate producer who won an international award, and that only one year after starting their business in 2017.

very tasty chocolate. other reviewer mentioned pairing with tea, which is an excellent idea. try pairing with an espresso (or black coffee). i got a subdued/baked fruitiness with some nice herbaceous notes.
Excellent mineral overtones with a bright top note and a finish shorter than most 100% cacao bars.
pretty bitter, but not too much.
Love zorzal cacao
I am very impressed by this strong chocolate! It has very light notes of tea, a well-blended smooth texture. I highly recommend this chocolate with a tea.
