Zotter's own coffee blend, made from Mexican and Colombian Arabica coffee beans and a touch of robusta coffee from India, is roasted freshly ground in the manufacture, before melting with a white chocolate into a fragrant chocolate bar, which tastes of freshly roasted nuts and fine coffee. Cocoa butter and raw cane sugar bring sweetness and a melting sensation into play and real vanilla refines the taste. A chocolate for the bright-eyed, night owls, and coffee lovers.

Zotter is the only company in Europe that uses all organic and Fair Trade ingredients. They also have sustainable business practices, using solar and geothermal energy to run their entire production facility, and use packaging made from renewable sources.
