Good idea for wine pairing

This bar would be good for a wine pairing. The bar itself has a red wine-like flavor. Neither the Saffron nor the Rose flavors overpower any other flavors in the bar. This is a bar I would buy again for myself. The chocolate tasting group enjoyed this one for its unique flavors.

Good but could be better

I like the chocolate; not as bitter as other Mirzam bars. Sadly I didn’t get a lot of the rose and saffron notes. Its an okay bar but I don’t see myself repurchasing it anytime soon.

Least favorite

I have enjoyed Mirzam chocolate especially their dates and fennel and ragag bars. This was my least favorite...the rose flavor was off putting. Side note: boyfriend enjoyed this bar

Interesting inclusion with a well-balanced flavor profile. Probably too sweet for me though. It is not really crunchy but the texture is reminiscent of a caramelized sticky mix of nuts cooled down. Nice touch the infusion of rose and Saffran. Indeed the Saffran helps to moderate the floral intensity. I recommend it to try because it is interesting but still it is not my favorite.

The aroma from rose and saffron was amazing. It also has a nice crunch from the bits of almonds and pistachios. An exotic and tasty bar!
