They pick their cacao from regions located along the maritime spice route where traders sailed hundreds of years ago to exchange spices and ingredients. These locations such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India inspire Mirzam to create their unique tasting chocolate bars. Mirzam opened in 2016 and have already won multiple awards for different bars.

Great for white chocolate fans

This is not an in-your-face mango bar, it tastes primarily of white chocolate with mango. Absolutely incredible snap on this bar! Gorgeous orange color. You can tell it's not artificially flavored. If you are expecting a tart, punchy mango... this is more of a mango milkshake. No tartness, just white chocolate and sweet mango.

Mirzam chocolate bars are truly superior in texture, flavor and quality. they are beautifully subtle with gentle hints of sweetness coming from the fruit or floral elements added to it compared to other chocolate makers bars that I have tasted. One of my favorite chocolate makers. I will continue to purchase from Mirzam.

It has a pleasant taste of ripe mangoes that works beautifully with creaminess of white chocolate. I was surprised how gentle and pleasant the sweetness is. Love the design carved onto the bar!
