Ranger Chocolate Co. has been crafting chocolate in Portland, Oregon since 2013. Based on family recipes and named after founder George Domurot’s niece - a National Park Service Forest Ranger - they carefully handle each cacao bean to unlock nuance, regionality, and terroir-driven flavors in their chocolate. Ranger’s chocolate and treats are made with utmost attention to detail, ethically sourced organic cacao, and fine ingredients. Their love of the outdoors is reflected by donating annually to the Friends of Trees and Audubon Society.

One of the smallest big cities in the Philippines, Davao City is affectionately known as both the cacao and durian capital of the country. In fact, often you'll see both fruit trees growing on the same plantations within city limits, yet due to large soil & cacao varietal differences, you'll find that the resulting chocolates taste nothing alike. The region is so widespread that there's even a citywide speed limit that makes a trip from one end to the other take nearly two hours without traffic!

Kablon Farms is a 70-hectare biodiversified sustainable farm across three locations in South Cotabato, Davao, Philippines, certified organic since 2013. The family farm grows Criollo and hybrid Trinitario cacao in nine fermentation zones to develop specific flavor profiles. Kablon operates a vertically integrated chocolate business: tree-to-bar chocolate, tablea, jams, and coconut products sold through their own shops across South Cotabato and Davao.
