I wish we could have given it a 4.5 star rating

First, we are almost exclusively 100% chocolate fans. We rate every bar we have gotten over the last 6 years. We gave this a 9.2/10. It is beautifully conched - has a very soft texture and smooth mouthfeel. It one of the most intensely chocolatey chocolates we have ever tasted. It's not very bitter for the concentrated flavor is carries. A definite reorder in the future.

This is one of the best ones I’ve had so far. I almost exclusively eat 100% bars and this is one of the best. Very smooth and great flavors. I like the mold as well with nice little bite sized sections.
