I wish we could have given it a 4.5 star rating

First, we are almost exclusively 100% chocolate fans. We rate every bar we have gotten over the last 6 years. We gave this a 9.2/10. It is beautifully conched - has a very soft texture and smooth mouthfeel. It one of the most intensely chocolatey chocolates we have ever tasted. It's not very bitter for the concentrated flavor is carries. A definite reorder in the future.

One of my favorites

This is one of the best ones I’ve had so far. I almost exclusively eat 100% bars and this is one of the best. Very smooth and great flavors. I like the mold as well with nice little bite sized sections.

Knocked My Socks Off!

I adore 100% bars from Bar and Cocoa. This bar climbed to my Top 3 list right away with a nice snap, combined with a super mouth feel. I shared with another friend who loved the layering of flavors. I will keep an eye out for when it comes back in stock,
