Treat yourself to Valrhona's ultimate hot chocolate; a sophisticated blend of their premium dark chocolate chips and rich cocoa powder, and sip on the most comforting, velvety smooth, and flavorful cup of cocoa.

Makes 4 indulgent servings. Directions: For best results, measure 1/2 cup (113g) of dark hot chocolate mix into a saucepan. Thoroughly whisk in 2 cups of milk of your choice. For a richer hot chocolate, use half and half instead of milk. Stir gently and continuously over low heat until completely melted and your preferred drinking temperature is reached. Do not boil.

Love the sweetness level

Valrhona’s hot chocolate mix is sweeter than most of the other craft chocolate makers’— it’s closer to the classic hot chocolate of my childhood, but richer and creamier. I think it’s the perfect balance! It mixes easily!
