Purchased through the Vietcacao sector, this cocoa from the Ben Tre region gives a tangy and spicy chocolate that is very pleasant in the mouth.
The cocoa comes from the region of Ben Tre, in the Mekong Delta, in southern Vietnam.
The beans come from several families of planters and are then taken to a cocoa processing station, installed in a school for disabled young people. It is the Vietcacao sector which undertook to make it a Work Assistance Center, in order to help the professional reintegration of these young people.
Fermentation and drying of the beans take place there in order to control the stages as well as possible.
The powder is pressed and packaged in our workshops in Donzère.
You can incorporate it into milk or water and add sugar to your liking for a chocolate breakfast or use it to prepare your desserts.
