On its own this bar might be an acquired taste for some. This was the case for my work group. They thought it was interesting but the spice and Kabeesa texture caught them off guard. They understood where I was coming from when I told them I enjoyed it with a Japanese Whiskey (Mars IWAI 45). This is a bar I'd buy again just for me.

Mirzam makes great chocolate with it's Middle Eastern flavour influences and this is so lovely - textured, spicy (I believe with cardamom and cinnamon) and biscuit broken up in it - it's not overpowering but definitely has a strong personality. Just to be clear if anyone's looking at this - it is a dark chocolate 62% and doesn't contain any milk let alone camel milk chocolate (someone in another review suggested there was camel milk). I'm pretty familiar with the Mirzam range and haven't come across camel milk yet, not sure they do it - I've had their lighter chocolate's and it's cow's milk (I was traumatised years ago with cheap camel milk chocolate from Dubai airport!!!)

I wasn’t sure about a chocolate bar made with camel’s milk, but dates and biscuits sounded good so I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did. It was delicious.
