Valrhona has been producing chocolate in the small village of Tain L’Hermitage, France since 1922. From the beginning, they have been dedicated to create the unique, artisan quality chocolate with complex, balanced and consistent flavors. With years of working towards perfecting techniques for enhancing the flavor of cocoa beans. In order to master the art of craft chocolate, they have their own plantations in Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.
