Zotter was started by a husband and wife team in 1987. They have made many strides over the last decade tucked away in a picturesque rolling hills landscape of Austria. Zotter is the only company in Europe that uses all organic and Fair Trade ingredients. They also have sustainable business practices, using solar and geothermal energy to run their entire production facility, and use packaging made from renewable sources. Zotter's philosophy has garnered them many awards both for their business success and chocolate making. They are a family business that adhere to family principles. This allows for a plethora of creative freedom to create fun and exciting chocolate bars. Zotter first produced their "hand scooped" bars with couverture from Valrhona and Callebaut but always dreamed of making their own chocolate, and in 2006 this became a reality. We feature Zotter's Labooko line of chocolates, that feature cacao sourced from all over the world. Zotter has the largest line of chocolate in the world with over 450 different chocolate in their range.

Very solid

Not my favorite Zotter, but still a delicious bar. I tend to reach for these less often than regular bars, they’re just too sweet for me to want all the time. That said, sometimes they’re perfect. This one has a very strong passion fruit, which I love. But think I’d like it a tad more if the lime was a bit stronger as well.

Lime and Passionfruit happen to be favorite flavors and fruits of mine, so this was a match made in heaven 💖
It's a hefty little bar at nearly 2.5oz, and I carefully slice a portion off each time I eat some. The polenta-lime ganache is ultra smooth and creamy--and yet the lime juice storms the beach (your tongue) like a tidal wave 🌊 The sweet potato-passionfruit layer of ganache is right on its heels, tossing little sparkly firecrackers of tart passionfruit 💥👌🏼
All lovingly coated in 70% dark chocolate 🍫❤

Packed with Stuffing

Delicious, and interesting. The lemon powder really overpowers any lime or passion fruit flavor. I really enjoy these bars, however I wish they had the same amount of filling, and 3mm or more of chocolate for some snap.

Last Meal Worthy

I can't praise this enough. It's more fruity filling than chocolate, and it is perfection! It tastes like a pastry and is just incredible. If you like tart sweets this is probably one of the best gifts you can give to your tastebuds. Honestly I would be happy just sticking a candle on this for my birthday and eating just this instead of cake.

What an amazing citrus choco bar!

I always love zotter and this is no exception. His chocolate bars are known all over the world. This one has citrusy hints and beautiful floral notes. The caramel is tangy and soury. I loved it

OMGeeeeeeee!

This chocolate is my favorite chocolate of all time! Its not too sweet like some filled chocolates and is just delicious. My family loves getting all of the different flavors and splitting them up into little slices. Definitely getting all of them for my next party. Chocolate tasting here we come!
