The perfect Secret Santa gift, a way to share the love, or just something to get yourself through the winter season.
Three Flavors: Figgy pudding, Christmas spiced caramel, Clementine
First up figgy pudding, made with the organic figs leftover from Loveday Distillery just up the road and finished with a dusting of sugar.
Next we have a signature caramel given a sprinkle of Christmas magic, only the good spices are going into this one and it’s like a comfort blanket. Encased in Ashaninka dark chocolate, to balance out the sweet caramel.
Finally the team have made a tangerine fondant, again encased in a dark chocolate shell. A classic seasonal pairing, but given the Chocolarder treatment and decorated with repurposed juiced orange peel ‘chocolate’.
