Although this is technically classified as a cocoa butter confection, you won't find a darker chocolate on the market. In this latest addition to their line, French chocolate maker Pralus has substituted coffee for cacao, and added an extra serving of cocoa butter. Rather than being cacao bean-based, this bar is coffee bean-based. This is a pure coffee chocolate bar made with fine arabica coffee, cocoa butter, and sugar. There is no milk added, so you'll find this to be a darker and more intense coffee flavored chocolate bar than most. They recommend trying it with a glass of milk on hand
