Goodnow Farms chocolate is handcrafted in New England. All the cacao they use is ethically sourced from small farmers and producers that Tom & Monica have met during their travels throughout Mexico, Central and South America. The cacao is carefully stone ground, and conched in small batches. They also press their own cocoa butter for each bar.
