I highly recommend this heirloom collection because it includes the ARHUACOS 72%. I find it astonishingly harmonious and intense with a long pleasant finish. From the scents to the palate, it is loaded with complex aromatic notes and flavors with some predominant peculiarities. To name a few: green grapes, pink grapefruit, apple, lime/lemongrass, cardamom/ginger/clove. Rich brown nuance, nice snap, smooth texture with a creamy finish, clean palate. As you sit and savor the delightful tastes, you will be amused by fresh green scents, hints of interesting flavors that will explode with mouthwatering finish/aftertaste.

Wow this was incredible. If you buy it for a gift get one for yourself too. I l on loved the yellow best followed by the red but all were amazing.. The mouth feel was really smooth and long lasting.. The notes were complex and unique to each bar and PERFECTLY balanced. This is a set you can't go wrong with. I'm only sad the full size bars I love from this are out of stock. Hope that changes soon.

Best We've Ever Had

The Yellow package, 71%, is literally the best chocolate me or my mom has ever had. It's dark but flavorful - kinda fruity? My mom described it as that flavor good dark chocolate has but without the bitter after taste or dull coating on the outside while you wait for it to melt.
